Kallini Puppets wants to make purchasing puppets from this site as easy as possible which is why we've made this page as an easy guide. We realise that for some of our customers it may be your first attempt at Internet shopping and that we shouldn't presume that everything is obvious. However, if you follow the steps below you'll find the process really simple.
The purchase buttons will be found on each puppets's own page so from the puppet type page, eg the marionette page, it's necessary to click on the picture of the puppet you wish to purchase or the "click here for more details or to purchase" link. However, the site is being redesigned to make shopping even easier. Several puppet types, such as the monkeys, can now be purchased without having to open up a new page. Simply click on the buy now button next to each puppet photo to pay online or follow the tips below to buy over the phone or by cheque.
Kallini Puppets offers payment by credit or UK debit card either online or by telephone for those customers who prefer not to use their cards for online purchases. Alternatively payment can be made by cheque or postal orders, or by bankers draft.
Separate buttons have been provided for each payment type to make payment as easy as possible.
Online Payment. Clicking on this button (including the various world zone buttons if available) will take you to our PayPal checkout page. This is hosted on secure servers and will show details of your order. To order more puppets click on "continue shopping" and repeat the process until your shopping basket contains your complete order. (To order more of the same puppet, simply change the number in the quantity box on the shopping basket page).Once you have placed all you want to purchase in your basket and you are happy the PayPal basket is correct (use the check boxes and the update cart button to make amendments) click on the "checkout" button.
The checkout will show the order total along with postage and packing. (NB postage and packing quoted applies to UK orders only unless a zone button has been used. Please contact Kallini Puppets for a quote if a zone button was not available). If you already have a PayPal account click on the "log in" button, otherwise you will need to complete the form giving name and address, credit/debit card details etc which is of course quite normal and necessary for us to process and despatch the order. PayPal will also ask you for a username and password, the reason being that you then become a PayPal member which means that whenever you make online purchases from any other site using PayPal, and of course for further orders from Kallini Puppets, you will not have to complete more forms.
Once the order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail from PayPal giving full details of the order and transaction.
Payment by Phone. For customers who prefer to give their order to a real live person and pay by credit or debit card over the phone, clicking on the "pay by phone" button will take you to a page giving our contact details and office hours. (or click here)
Payment by Cheque. For customers who prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, clicking on the "pay by cheque" button will take you to a page giving full details along with an order form. (or click here)
